In this document is detailed the Privacy policy related with how the personal data is handled by the application Graphs.

PRIVACY POLICY

If you downloaded The app Graphs or you want to download it we explain you about the Privacy policy related with data compiled by Graphs. From here to the end of this Privacy policy document parts must be understood as follows:

1. Information and acceptance

According with General data protection regulation (GDPR, UE 679/2016) -from here to the end the document named as "GDPR"-, if You accept this Privacy policy You declare implicitly to be correctly and precisely informed in how your personal data is collected, stored and processed by Graphs through provided forms. In like manner, You accept your data be processed according with Graphs purpose, always subjected under the security and organized requirements defined in GDPR. You may obtain a copy of the GDPR at:

All the personal data required from Graphs is obligatory to upgrade Graphs to a complete functionality. Services provided by Graphs must have access to the personal data You introduced to be accomplished.

You grant your personal data provided is true. You have the right to ask for a correction. Graphs will not be responsible of any incidence related with non exact or false information You could provide.

You can not introduce any information from other natural person or legal entity.


2. Origin, purpose and legal basis

The data from You and provided by You will be used confidentially, according with the necessary and complete Graphs functionality.

a. Profile data

Origin: from You to each form field.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6.1 (a) You have -the data subject has- given consent to the processing of your -his or her- personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Treatment purpose: Graphs functionality to provide You and other Graph users specific services. Answer any question to the user.

Group: natural persons, Graphs users.

Data category: name, email, password, date of birth, age, user picture, nickname, description, location, sexual orientation, life style.

Addressee: middle-ware to send and request data from You to other Graph users and from other users to You. Database to provide main Graphs functionalities.

Cross-border flows of personal data: middle-ware services are located in Europe, database services are located in Germany.

DEMO period: thirty (30) days since You end the register process.

Upkeep data: Data will be preserved until the main purposes why the data was required they will be achieved. In any case, the maximum period of time data will be kept stored will not last more than sixty (60) days. You can delete all your data at any time while Graphs is installed and You have access to your Graphs account. After 30 days from register process data will be automatically removed next time you open Graphs and it will not be recoverable. If You uninstall Graphs and You did not delete your data before, it will be automatically deleted along next thirty (30) days after DEMO period ended, starting the count from your register process date.

Recovery data options: Graphs is not provided with a recovery account guided process. If you forgot your password, any data used to Log in or if you loosed your device, the only step provided is to write to us to graphs@publicicat.cat explaining the issue and we will proceed to delete the account to remove any personal information. In this situation, you will have to create a new account if you want to continue using Graphs.

b. Notifications data

Origin: from You to other user.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6.1 (a) You have -the data subject has- given consent to the processing of your -his or her- personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Treatment purpose: Graphs functionality to provide You and other Graph users specific services. To let You and other user get in touch one each other using Graphs interface.

Group: natural persons, Graphs users.

Data category: user picture, message, nickname, description, age, location, sexual orientation, life style.

c. Chat data

Origin: from You to other user

Treatment purpose: Graphs functionality to provide You and other Graph users specific services. To let You and other user get in touch one each other using Graphs interface.

Group: natural persons, Graphs users.

Data category: user picture, message, nickname, description, age, location, sexual orientation, life style.

User options: You can delete messages sent at any time without any guarantee that they will not have been seen, read or touched by the addressee. If You undo the link with other user, the chat contributions created by both will be deleted in your device. At the same time, your chat contributions between both will be removed from the device of the other user.


3. User data

You grant your personal data provided is true. You can not fill the forms with not trusted, not precise and not updated information. If You do not feel constrained to do it, please, do not continue with Graphs installed. You will be responsible of any damage, harm or prejudice derived from not following this point.

Graphs can not grant any vulnerability of the systems, therefore Graphs do not make any responsible commitment related to any damage that others could cause in computer systems, electronic documents or files.

3.1. Sensitive user data

a. Personal data provided by the user

Name: Non editable once stored. This data is private and necessary to setup your user account.

Email: Non editable once stored. This data is private and necessary to setup your user account.

Password: Non editable once stored. This data is private and necessary to setup your user account.

Date of birth: Non editable once stored. This data is private, necessary to setup your user account and to provide main functionalities to You and to other Graphs users. Graphs calculates your age based in this input fields. Your age can be public or private, based in your configuration. It is also used to select your profile as part of the results search from other users.

User picture: Editable. This data is public and may contain implicitly racial and other cultural identifiers. It is used to provide main functionalities to You and to other Graphs users.

Nickname: Editable. This data is public and it is used to provide main functionalities to You and to other Graphs users.

Description: Editable. This data is public and it is used to provide main functionalities to You and to other Graphs users.

Sexual orientation: Editable. This data is public and it is used to select other profiles based on your configuration search and the configuration search from other users.

Life style: Editable. This data is public and it is used to select other profiles based on your configuration search and the configuration search from other users.


3.2. Permissions required to access to sensitive device user data

a. Location

Collects: Graphs collects the last known location provided by the device. If permission is granted, last known location is read and stored each time You Log in and each time You modify the configuration of your distance search. If permission is denied a default location -lat: 41.574, lon: 1.605- is provided by Graphs.

Uses: This permission lets Graphs to calculate the distance from you to other users based on your last known location. Once permission is granted, You can restore the original denied status permission going to your Graphs device settings.

Shares user data: The location is stored in your profile Database, so it is shared with the server and the Database itself.

With whom is shared: The location is not shared with other Graph users. What Graphs shares to other users is the distance between You and the other user.

Usage of location data: Once You configure a distance search, You receive profiles located inside this value and according with your configuration search. You can let other users out of your distance search see your profile if you configure your profile to do so. Location permission access is optional and main Graphs functionalities may be affected if permission is not granted.

b. External storage

Collects: Only the pictures You select to share through your profile with other users.

Uses: It is used to upload pictures taken from camera and download pictures from your device to be stored in the Database. Once permission is granted, You can restore the original denied status permission going to your Graphs device settings.

Shares user data: You only share the pictures you previously selected and uploaded to Graphs Database.

With whom is shared: Based in Your configurations profile, the pictures You selected will be shared with other users.

Usage of external storage data: Access to read and write pictures You want to store or share with other users, publishing them in your profile. This feature is optional and main Graphs functionalities may be affected if permission is not granted.

c. Camera

Collects: It collects the image that You want to take as a picture for your Graphs profile.

Uses: It activates the camera and stores the picture. Once permission is granted, You can restore the original denied status permission going to your Graphs device settings.

Shares user data: If you validate the picture, the picture is stored in Graphs Database and in your device. If you reject the picture taken, it is only stored in your device.

With whom is shared: Camera permission is only shared with Graphs functionalities.

Usage of camera data: This feature is optional with no main Graphs functionalities downgraded.


4. Cookies policy

Graphs does not collect cookies or physical device identifier either.


5. Third party services

Data is shared with third party services only to provide the main Graphs features and functionalities.

Data is encrypted using https connections and Graphs codifies end-to-end most sensitive data shared with third party services: name, email, description, age, user picture, sexual orientation, life style.


6. Right of access

Pursuant to GDPR, we notify You can exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, object, data portability and restriction of processing of your personal data writing a letter to graphs@publicicat.cat, indicating your name, email, country and the national number identification provided for by your state. Your request should be attended along the next thirty (30) days after you sent the letter.

You can also exercise your rights lodging a complaint with a supervisor authority.


7. Privacy policy acceptance

You declare to have understood and read the content of this Privacy policy, where it is detailed the usage and processing of your personal data and shapes the agreement between You and Graphs.

When You press "I understand and I am agree" from Graphs End-User License Agreement disclosure You accept completely this Privacy policy with no provision excluded.
